2025 Fees
FEE STRUCTURE

Fees are paid on a term basis and must be paid 50% by commencment of each term and then finalised in week 2.
​
Classes running 45 minutes – one hour: $110 per term
Classes running 30 minutes: $60 per term*
Class discounts are calculated as follows and are per student:
2 classes- $220
3 classes- $330
4 classes- $ 440
5 classes - $540
6 classes - $650
7 or more classes - capped at $700

Family discount: 3 or more family member discount - 10% of total fee after third child enrols

Term invoices are emailed to you once your enrolment has been approved in Term 1 and then at the beginning of Terms 2, 3, and 4. Please note all term accounts MUST be paid 50% before classes start and the remaining 50% is to be paid by the Friday in week 2.Failure to have accounts finalised by this date will result in immediate cancellation of your enrolment.

Enrolment Fee
Every family will be required to pay a $60 registration fee that covers insurance, eisteddfod entries, studio maintenance, copyright fees, and a concert USB issued at the end of the year.
This fee is a nonrefundable annual fee and is to be paid upon enrolment. This payment will secure your place in the studio when you enrol.
Student concert levy
Each student will be charged $50 (or $60 in the case of families with multiple students) in Term 4. This charge covers concert rehearsal fees and access to the concert recording. This fee is nonrefundable.

Methods of Payment
Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS (including Visa, MasterCard and debit cards).
Credit card payments can be made over the phone during office hours.

Fee policy

All accounts will be emailed prior to the commencement of each term.

Dance HQ must be notified if your account has not been received – this is your responsibility to notify us immediately in these circumstances including change of email address etc.

Discounts will not be applicable once qualifying period has elapsed if we have not been notified of missing or lost accounts.

A receipt will be issued with all payments of term fees

No deductions, rebates or adjustments will be made to any account.

Once a child has enrolled for a term the payment for that term will not be refunded unless the class has been cancelled or there is a change to a class that has been caused by Dance HQ.

There will be no rebates for classes missed due to holidays, injuries, sickness or other sporting or family commitments.

Students with outstanding amounts on their accounts will not be entitled to participate in annual concerts or attend private lessons.

Any changes to accounts must be forwarded to the office 2 weeks prior to the end of the term.

Students may change their classes at the commencement of a new term – not mid-term. To do this you would have to advise the office two weeks prior to the commencement of the new term. If we do not receive two weeks notification, you will automatically be invoiced as per the previous term.

We ask you to respect the above policy, as this enables us to continue to provide you and your children with the best possible services.
Uniforms
​
Uniforms at HQ are compulsory to enhance the student's experience and team environment. We have a range of uniforms available for students to purchase. These make great Christmas or birthday presents.
This year our dance uniforms can be purchased from King Fisher School wear store.

Wiggle & Giggle and 5s jazz can be purchased from the studio direct
Ballet Uniform
Ballet students should wear a leotard, ballet stockings and ballet shoes. This is so that the teacher can see the dancer and correct and technique when required. Leotards are available from Kingfisher Clothing Store in Summer Street. There are different coloured leotards for each grade, as follows:
6-8 years: Mint green specific leotard from King Fisher
10-12 years: Bloch Leotard in Navy
14 years and over: Black (any style)
All students must have their hair tied back and out of their face so that it doesn’t distract them and have the appropriate shoes for the selected dance style.
